Felix Weber


President and founder of Ag Business & Crop Inc./UKKO, Felix has been involved with GIS and Geomatics from an Agriculture and other industry perspectives for years. Initially as a consultant he was an early adopter of new technologies to help clients from gathering data to improving their own operations. As an early innovator of UAV’s Felix founded Ag Business & Crop Inc./UKKO, Felix has been a requested presenter at numerous events across the country including Unmanned Systems Canada, Farm Shows and professional seminars. The company has broadened their scope to have the Wintex automated soil samplers and a variety of other tools. His company is fortunate to have a great team that loves to help clients across the country find the best solutions for their success.


Office Assistant

Bettina is the Office Assistant and an effective and engaging member of the ABC team. She has been in the administrative field for many years and with her strong customer skills and dedication grew in her career from receptionist to office and customer service manager. Bettina has a strong work ethic and is committed to providing the best customer service to our internal and external clients.

Outside of work, Bettina is a devoted wife and mom to her fur-babies (she’s a big animal lover). She loves getting lost in a book and enjoys puttering around the house.

Coleton Madge

GIS Technical Specialist

As a recent graduate of Wilfrid Laurier’s GIS program, Coleton Madge is willing to share his experience and passion for applying GIS in the field of remote sensing. Coleton’s most recent venture was working for Wilfrid Laurier’s Geography Department on a remote sensing project that used the eBee Plus to map various parts of the Northwest Territories. Coleton is certified in Pix4D and is eager to extend his knowledge into helping clients get the most out of their products.

Away from the office, Coleton has big plans; a “soon to be husband”, acquiring their first ‘fixer upper’ and in his moments of spare time enjoys hockey debates, as well as discovering his true character with odd round of golf and some light fishing. He also enjoys long walks on the beach, a good book, and getting some landscaping on the weekends.

Joseph Grady

Marketing & Communications Lead

Joseph is the Student Marketing and Communications Lead who works to assist in the analysis and development of marketing strategy and communications for the company. As a recent graduate of the University of Guelph’s Bachelor of Commerce program, Joseph brings marketing experience to the ABC team to help improve upon the customer experience.

Outside work Joseph enjoys spending time outdoors, listening to podcasts and learning about innovative business practices.
